THE CHEST FACTOR OF THE BODYBUILDING GIANT

Today way a very tough workout i tend to usually start to feel tired due to low carbs and low energy

my protein intake has risen and my fat intake has risen due to more CARDIO etc.

I hit CHEST today and even though i was TIRED i managed to carve a CHEST OF GIANT proportion.

IF THE PICTURE BELOW DOES NOT PROMOTE THE TRIPLE TRAINING SYSTEM !!!!

DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE CAN?????
