5AM POST CARDIO BICEP FLEX

SO didnt manage to go to gym yesterday due to such a busy day at work but thats cool.

MEANS I CAN KILL IT IN THE GYM WITH SOME CHEST ACTION TODAY

just finnished my 4am cardio now gonna do a fasted breaksfats and have it a little later to make sure the after affect of carido last a bit longer .


IF  u have not looked into fasting as a BODYBUILDER then do it . somethingto think about.

Whilst fasting for 4 hours i will hammer the BCAA'S
TO MAKE SURE MY MUSUCLES GET PROTEIN STILL

Will talk about fasing a bit more later

as for now .....
