THE BODYBUILDING GIANT MAKES HIS SHOULDERS GROW

What a great start to the day !!!!

THE BODYBUILDING GIANT did his usual 4.am CARDIO and during that he got his mind prepared for the day ahead and for the WORKOUT.

I hit SHOULDERS hard and heavy today with lots of sets.

8 different exercises 4 sets per exercise and BOOM!!!!!!

GIANT SHOULDERS DEVELOPED.

ALL using the TRIPLE P TRAINING SYSTEM,hence why i GROW

have a great positive day and show love to everyone you meet.
