The BodyBuilding Giant Builds a Moutain Chest

Today was CHEST Day .

I was so hungry and tired due to lack of calories but i wasnt going to moan.
I hit the gym running and hard with The TRIPLE P Training system and got such a good feeling.The chest got full of blood and the feeling was awesome.

I did 6 exercises with 4-5 sets per exercise and as ive stated over-training is in the mind if you control your mind you control your body.


Then it was time for the TRIPLE P dieting system for the day which was .......

200g mackeral with asparagus
400g prawns with asparagus
chicken and stir fry vegetables
250g chicken with asparagus
100g Almond butter
