Dont get Caught Up

I know alot of effort is put into couting calories and how many calories we are using and how many we can eat etc etc etc
i sometimes feel we complicate so many things when it comes to dieting ,training
what training regime to use FST 7, HEAVY, LIGHT,ATKINS DIET ,HIGH CARB DIET, LOW CARB DIET ,2 HOURS OF CARDIO ,NO CARDIO , ONE BODY PART A DAY ETC ETC ETC

What happened to doing what we want cause firslty if felt good ,it was fun , i enjoyed it and it worked,

Dieting can be the same ,yes its hard work and irriatble but if your going to do it enjoy the aftermath the look in the mirror the way u feel when u see a glimpse of your self with a tight tshirt on or when u see your veins popping.

dieting is horrible but ive found ive done it 3 times now and this time i feel my body is saying
"i aint even gonna fight u this time for crap food" ,"your will power and mind set is to much so ill wave the white flag now". once u accept it then u can achieve it

the battle like all things is in the mind control your mind , u will get tired irritable but understand yourself knwo whento sit ina room by yourself because otherwise u will rip anyone apart know when u are tired from lack of calories dont hit the tread mill and chew muscle up

control ur mind and the body will follow
