GIGANTOR quads

Well tonight was the 2nd part of the leg work out. Quads were blasted and were punished and destroyed all at the best gym in the west midlands

 
TRIPLE P SYSTEM was used through out the workout and is the reason why my quads have grown.
We hit the quads hard with 5 different exercises with 4-6 sets per exercise.
 Its what i like to call GIANT sets
