THE BODYBUILDING GIANT UPS HIS GAME AND CHILLS OUT

So i have started to add an EXTRA cardio session in the evening.

as you know i do 4am CARDIO in the morning which is POWER WALKING for an hour

now im going to add 45 mins STAIRMASTER in the eveNing to tighten the ARSE and HAMS

also this will rev my METABOLISM even more

due to this i will up my PROTIEN content and FAT content and as u know i dont eat CARBS

Now im not going to  have CARBS on sunday at all either.

sunday used to be my carb reload day)  

i wil be doing the TRIPLE P dieting system 7 days a week

Now is when things start to TIGHTEN up and the last few pieces fit into place.

CANT WAIT
