So today was sunday and the Bodybuilding Giant had to hit hamstrings,lower back and calves.
This is the 1st workout of 2 today, later i will go and hit quads.
All i can say was today it was hard work, tiring and tough.If you know what its like to train no carbs and go heavy then you will know how hard,tiring and draining it is....
But THE BODYBUILDING GIANT conquered and got through it with a little help from his training partner and his excellent gym in coventry called body fx
Today as always The Bodybuilding Giant used THE TRIPLE P system and as always it never let me down
