With all the books and research i have looked into with the POWER OF THE MIND. it comes back to one thing....................
LOVE
as humans Love should and does come naturally. WE should show love to every person we come in to contact with.
This may be with a smile, a positive comment , a hug or a gift etc etc.
I truely believe as humans we need to show more love to each other and then if we show love we feel good about ourselves.
which then will have a knock on effect and we will start to feel good and positive mentally and physically.
I urge you to try it..SMILE , SAY A POSITIVE COMMENT TO SOMEONE
