THE BODYBUILDING GIANT CANT STOP FLEXING HEEEEEELP

A lot OF you know i have INVENTED my own DIET called

TRIPLE P DIETING SYSTEM

this system is very different from any diet and nutrition u will see.

THE TRIPLE P DIET cuts u up and gets you in shape for competition or holidays but without the TIREDNESS lack of ENERGY and EMOTIONAL issues that come with HIGH AND LOW CARB DIETS.

I invented the DIET  because i found HIGh and LOW CARBS DIETS  made me very MOODY very emotioanal and very much a UNHAPPY BUNNY (lol)

I AM SURE THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO WHEN THEY EAT CARBS BECOME VERY WATERY AND IT TAKES DAYS TO GET RID OF THE EXCESS WATER FOR COMP

I doubt it i bet as long as he got the right food HE WAS GOOD TO GO !!!!

These days people just dont want to put the EFFORT in.

I could just copy and paste a whole load of information from google and tell you i know everything to do with N.L.P

BUT THATS NOT THE BODYBUILDING GIANTS STYLE

N.L.P to me helps me take CONTROL of my actions,makes me THINK POSITIVE , and makes me believe i can ACHIEVE.

This is because i have PROGRAMMED MY BRAIN TO ACHIEVE.

I control MY MIND because i have used N.L.P

AS a person who wants the BEST out of life i have to make sure i do WHATS BEST FOR my MIND ,BODY,SOUL....

THE CHEST FACTOR OF THE BODYBUILDING GIANT

Today way a very tough workout i tend to usually start to feel tired due to low carbs and low energy

my protein intake has risen and my fat intake has risen due to more CARDIO etc.

I hit CHEST today and even though i was TIRED i managed to carve a CHEST OF GIANT proportion.

MIDWEEK REVIEW FOR THE BODYBUILDING GIANT

For those of you that have been following MY BLOG....

You will see that i said there will be major changes this week physic wise

This week has been TOUGH as ive added NIGHT TIME CARDIO.
 
But its been worth it as the RESULTS have been great,MY skin has been tightening, and more and more MUSCLE FIBREs has started to show.
 
 
This is the result of the TRIPLE P TRAINING AND DIETING SYSTEM
 
This SYSTEM has majorly TRANSFORMED my BODY. The TRAINING system works and the results show for it.

THE BODYBUILDING DOES WHAT THE JUDGES WANTED AND BUILDS A BIGGER BACK

 
 
 
At my last COMPETITION i lost the overall because the judges felt my back was a WEAK POINT.
 
So as soon as i was told that.......
 
IT WAS MY  MISSION to BUILD a BIGGER BACK!!!
 
EVER since that moment i decided to go onfeeling and squeezing and contractingand holding the weights etc.
 
i feel my back has grown and become a lot wider

THE BODYBUILDING GIANT MAKES HIS SHOULDERS GROW

What a great start to the day !!!!

THE BODYBUILDING GIANT did his usual 4.am CARDIO and during that he got his mind prepared for the day ahead and for the WORKOUT.

I hit SHOULDERS hard and heavy today with lots of sets.

8 different exercises 4 sets per exercise and BOOM!!!!!!

GIANT SHOULDERS DEVELOPED.

ALL using the TRIPLE P TRAINING SYSTEM,hence why i GROW

have a great positive day and show love to everyone you meet.

Today was my day off and i just did the normal CARDIO in the morning at 4AM.

I then went to work and did my thing and then came home and when i do i always have a meal which was TUNA  and ASPARAGUS.

All part of the TRIPLE P DIETING SYSTEM

i then tend to think about the day and look at how ive acted what i could have done better ,what positiveness ive done to whom and if ive had any negativity sent towards me in which i need to get rid of and process away.



I have started TO read a book called THE MAGIC by Rhonda Byrne .this is about empowering ourselves and CONTROLLING our mind.

This book is all about ensuring we all have the POWER to POSITIVE thoughts and the POWER to make us achieve what we want through LOVE and GRATITUDE.

i suggest for those of us who Believe there is more to life and want to ACHIEVE there DREAMS should read this and reach there GOALS and start to BELIEVE to ACHIEVE

He replyed "WATCH US WRECK THE LEGS,PSYCH!!"LOL
 
From then it was HARDCORE HEAVEN .
 
We battered hamstrings ,lower back ,calves using the TRIPLE P TRAINING SYSTEM .
 
All at the best gym in the midlands body fx

So i have started to add an EXTRA cardio session in the evening.

as you know i do 4am CARDIO in the morning which is POWER WALKING for an hour

now im going to add 45 mins STAIRMASTER in the eveNing to tighten the ARSE and HAMS

also this will rev my METABOLISM even more

due to this i will up my PROTIEN content and FAT content and as u know i dont eat CARBS

Now im not going to  have CARBS on sunday at all either.

sunday used to be my carb reload day)  

i wil be doing the TRIPLE P dieting system 7 days a week

Now is when things start to TIGHTEN up and the last few pieces fit into place.

BICEPS AND TRICEPS BLASTED BODYBUILDING GIANT STYLE

After having a afternoon nap i went back to the gym to hit arms.

THE BODYBUILDING GIANT INTENSE CHEST WORKOUT

Went to the gym today to kill CHEST this morning.

as i mentioned in my past post i was doing a fasting state from 4am cardio till after the chest workout. i was just having BCAA's and GLUTAMINE

I was doing a fasted state because i had a lot of red meat yesterday and i wanted my GIANT body to use the red meat as energy instead of sitting in my bowl and taking its time to digest.
 
maybe its just my opinion and there is no science at all in my logic (lol)
but i felt when i was in a fasted state and hitting chest my body was using the red meat as fuel and the fats from the red meat as fuel so it ended up being digested quicker ( sounds good to me,lol)

i trained using my usual TRIPLE P TRAINING SYSTEM hitting 5 different exercises and getting an awesome pump and awesome feeling of intensity.

i felt being in a fasted state made me hyper sensitive to the weights and i felt every muscle and fibre working(again may just be in my head but it worked for me)

The TRIPLE P TRAINING SYSTEM is a sure way of no INJURYS and a sure way of the muscle getting worked and pumped
