THE WENESDAY WACKY FLEX

 
 
 
HI GUYS
no matter what type of diet u do for competition,the last week you will have to drain your body of carbs so then you can carb up.
This can be very hard for people whom have carbs as part of the prep diet.
 
for me this week is not as difficult due to my TRIPLE P DIET im very used to having no carbs so my body just THINKS its another week in the office.
 
THIS WEEK IS DIFFICULT BECAUSE YOUR MIND STARTS TO PLAY GAMES ETC AND YOU START TO DOUBT YOUR SELF

 
 
 


 
 
FEELING TIRED DRAINED AND VERY VERY HUNGRY LAST FEW DAYS TO GO CANT WAIT TO GET SUNDAY HERE
