I TRAINED CHEST TODAY

I used to find training chest boring,but now ive found some new exercises and movemens to hit chest differently and make it more interesting and my fire for chest has come back.

We all go throught times with the iron where we get stuck plateau or get bored.This is when when we need to switch it up and attack it from a different angle.

flat dumbell prees
incline dumbell press
smith machine decline press
floor barbell press
flys
incline smith machine

THE BODYBUILIDING TRIPLE P DIETING SYSTEM lets u stay lean whislt packing on muscle ,

YES u can still be ripped and gain weight.

A lot of people think u cant gain  muscle whilst been lean of staying lean.

ITS A MYTH AND A POOR EXCUSE TO EAT RUBBISH TO PUT WEIGHT ON AND THEN YOU CAN JUST SAY ITS OFFSEASON...WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!
