THE BODYBUILDING GIANT TRAINS BACK THIS MORNING AND CHEST TONIGHT

I said i would be training body parts twice d day today so this morning CHEST and tonight was BACK

CHEST WAS A REAL HIGH PUMP HIGH REP HEAVY HIGH REP SESSION.

The good thing about the TRIPLE P TRAINING SYSTEM IS  you can mix it up to suit how you feel.


Then back again was pumped mixing up THE TRIPLE P TRAINING SYSTEM

I did start to feel tired and fatigued but my glutamine and bcaas wil help me recover i wont mention the brand though due to not being sponsored by them



 
 
 
THE BACK WAS SO PUMPED I COULDNT GET THROUGH THE DOOR DUE TO MY GIANT WINGS LOL
