THE TRIPLE P CARB LOAD DAY

A  lot of medium protein and high fat diets such as keto,paleo,anaobolic metabolic say that for the carb load part you can eat what you want and scoff any thing and everything.

I FIND THIS HARD TO UNDERSTAND AS YOU HAVE DONE SO STRICT ALL WEEK AND THEN U JUST KILL IT AND UNDO ALL THE HARD WORK.

yes the carb load is essential and it fills GLYCOGEN LEVELS up etc to hit the gym hard for the week etc.

THE TRIPLE P DIETING SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT AND HARDER BUT THE REWARDS ARE GREATER

In the week do the high protein high fat, which is different already as its high protein so your muscles are constantly getting fed and recovery is better,,the high fat give you the energy to continue all week at the gym.

THE WEEKEND CARB LOAD WOULD CONSIST OF NO FAT OR MINIMAL FAT AND WITH EVERY MEAL A PROTEIN AND CARB

E.G
STEAK AND RICE
PANCAKES AND EGG WHITES

NEVER AT THE WEEKEND CARBLOAD JUST EAT CARBS ON ITS OWN.
ALWAYS HAVE A CARB AND PROTEIN TOGETHER.

WITH THIS REAP THE BENEFITS ,THE BODYBUILDING GIANT DID EVEN IN THE OFF SEASON
