MORNING GUYS
 
I hit hamstrings and calves and lower back today ,workout was not as good due to not training wiht my usual training partner but on well THE SHOW MUST GO ON
 
 
 
 
 
THOUGHT I WOULD DO SOME POSING PRACTICE.
