This week i have eaten so much chicken its awesome ,yesterday i ate 3 whole chickens
Im going to try and eat 4 today, Chicken is a great source of protein and wiht the skin on a great source of fat.
Chicken also does not bloat me like steak can do in quantities.
Today i hit shoulders and did lots of new exercises,.its always good to change and switch up routines to make your muscles grow.
