This week i have eaten so much chicken its awesome ,yesterday i ate 3 whole chickens

Im going to try and eat 4 today, Chicken is a great source of protein and wiht the skin on a great source of fat.

Chicken also does not bloat me like steak can do in quantities.

Today i hit shoulders and did lots of new exercises,.its always good to change and switch up routines to make your muscles grow.

A  lot of medium protein and high fat diets such as keto,paleo,anaobolic metabolic say that for the carb load part you can eat what you want and scoff any thing and everything.

I FIND THIS HARD TO UNDERSTAND AS YOU HAVE DONE SO STRICT ALL WEEK AND THEN U JUST KILL IT AND UNDO ALL THE HARD WORK.

yes the carb load is essential and it fills GLYCOGEN LEVELS up etc to hit the gym hard for the week etc.

THE TRIPLE P DIETING SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT AND HARDER BUT THE REWARDS ARE GREATER

In the week do the high protein high fat, which is different already as its high protein so your muscles are constantly getting fed and recovery is better,,the high fat give you the energy to continue all week at the gym.

I used to find training chest boring,but now ive found some new exercises and movemens to hit chest differently and make it more interesting and my fire for chest has come back.

We all go throught times with the iron where we get stuck plateau or get bored.This is when when we need to switch it up and attack it from a different angle.

THE BODYBUILDING GIANT 2 DAYS POST COMP

so after my comp as you canimagine i ate like a GIANT.

SUNDAY NIGHT...........

i went to franky and bennys and ate

2 lots of pork ribs
2 pancakes and waffles.
3 boxes of craves and went to bed feeling like im pregnant lol

MONDAY I ATE............

2 MORE BOXES OF KRAVES
15 SNICKER FLAP JACKS
1 SUBWAY SANDWICH
1 COSCO CHOCLATE CAKE
100g PROTEIN SHAKE.

BELOW ARE PICS TAKEN TODAY TUESDAY OF WHAT THE CARB LOAD HAS DOEN TO ME.







FOR MY NEXT CARB up for my next comp I WILL DO A JUNK LOAD THE NIGHT BEFORE THE COMP AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DRINK MY WATER RIGHT UP TO THE COMP.

I will not dehydarte as i feel this is a myth and makes your muscles look flat which is what happened to me this comp and i did not CARB up at all my muscles againwas flat and i looked rubbish.

ive taken this all on board and will use this knowledge for my next comp

BE PREPARED GUYS AS THIS GIANT IS GOING TO BREAK GRAVITY WITH SIZE AND STRENTGH AND SHOW THE WORLD WHAT THIS GIANT IS ALL ABOUT.

THE BODYBUILDING COMES 2ND SECOND IN HIS 3RD COMP SUPERHEAVY CLASS 1

 
so guys i came 2nd place in class 1 which is super heavy catogry.
 
Im pretty happy with it i just know what i need to do better and change etc again.
 
1.dont cut water out ,its a load of rubbish my muslce need water and get filled quicker and better with water
2.carb up a lot better and load better dont be scared to fill out.my body takes time and a whole load of carbs toi fillout so need to do it carefully over 2-3 days so i dont look flat and stringy.
 
EXPEREINCE IS SOMETHING NEED TO GAIN THROUGH COMPS,DIETING ETC
So next time i will change these things and lets see what happens.
