So have been hitting the gym twice a day everyday getting my 7 meals in a day. I'm pretty sure I'm packing on some good quality gains.
I've been hitting power fitness gym and all I can say is wow what a gym it's amazing is totally catered for bodybuilders and growing.
My day consists of getting up going for a walk and mediation on the beech then going to the gym for 2 hours .
Then I go for food walk chilling and resting then gym on the night time then more food and bed. I'm managing to eat a whole load of fish and vegetables for £1.50 a meal X 7
What more do I need???
Cardio is 20 mins morning and 20 mins evening.
