So went to a new gym today called castra gym. You never know what to expect when u go to gyms with equipment and weights etc.
All I can say is this gym is the bomb.
First of all its spacious and air conditioned just what u want. Second of all the gym had some heavy ass dumbells
I hit back today and the gym catered for my session easily.i did 7 different exercises and finished on light weight high rep deads. Great session. The owners wife was great and the owner let me train for free so a big thank you
I will be going there again tomorrow.
