What a great day today. I heard the big man Coleman was in town so I went to the fit whey classic in Bangkok to my god it was awesome. Met Ronnie Coleman .Cory Matthews Andy hayman. Gary strydom and others. It was amazing amazing day got loads of protien cheap and bcaas. Ronnie gave me a signature series shaker awesome day.
Stayed and watched some bodybuilders compete spoke to some malaysia judges who have asked me to go and compete in there country it was totally amazing.
The show was free entry there's was protein shakes on tap and bcaas on tap. The thai people love bodybuilding and it's totally awesome. East Asia is Def the place for bodybuilders
