A another great session today.
Hit my shoulders with 9 different exercise.
I decided just to do straight sets of 12
And some old fashioned shoulder barbell press..
I feel that I've been eating and getting my meals it between 6 to 8 that I have grown rapidly and what I'm done I'd working.
