Trained shoulders today and added military press in. These felt awesome when straights sets and low reps for my power movement.
Then just repped and pumped the he'll out of the rears fronts and sides .

THE BODYBUILDING GIANT REACHES 24 STONE LEAN
I have always wanted to be 24 stone lean when I started bodybuilding.
I weighed myself today empty stomach and I'm 24 .1 stone.
This eating and training regime is really paying off for me and the ĢIANT IS GROWING AND GROWING
