A lot of you know I tend to do fast pace walking as part of my cardio.
I get a lot if questions asking if I do h.i.t cardio
The reason I do fast pace walking is because I do cardio with my dogs but also due to the diet I do,I want to use just my fat storage not burn muscle etc I feel h.i.t burns muscle tissue as well as fat
If I do do h.i.t I do it at night on a stairmaster this is because I have food inside me to use as energy not my muscle
