A lot of you know I tend to do fast pace walking as part of my cardio.
I get a lot if questions asking if I do h.i.t cardio
The reason I do fast pace walking is because I do cardio with my dogs but also due to the diet I do,I want to use just my fat storage not burn muscle etc I feel h.i.t burns muscle tissue as well as fat
If I do do h.i.t I do it at night on a stairmaster this is because I have food inside me to use as energy not my muscle
The bodybuilding giant is 9 weeks out from comp Mr England
Im dialing in nice and slowly and getting a lot leaner due to my triple p dieting system.

During work outs oxygen becomes very low
I have found that sometimes its my cardiovascular that can give out before my muscle on rare occasions
especially when its comes to high rep squats or deadlifts
But........
Not any more my friend steve cart at body fx introduced me toy a new toy.
A toy that actually works and makes you have more oxygen to finnish your reps and to make the muscles burn and grow
ITS CALLED BOOST
Its oxygen in a bottle and it gives you that extra kick of oxygen to finnish reps and to feel the burn.
I dont tend to promote supplements etc on my blog but I felt this one was worth promoting.

I get a lot of questionss asking me which is the best protien powder to take or which food source is best to take for protien consumption.
I tend to like my chicken and it hax to be a whole cooked chicken. I feel tge fat intake and protien intake suits my diet and makes me feel fuller for longer
I do take protein shakes as an extra source of protien to get my meal
In but I like to consume whole foods.

I get s lot of emails asking how I transformed my body into what it is now.people want a quick fix or a pill to make them bigger leaner lighter etc
My secret weapan to lose weight was dedication. My mimd set was positive I wanted to lose weight and I had total control of my mind. I was telling my mind what to do. I was telling my mind what to think. If I had a negative thought I counter acted it with a positive one.
The best start to any diet is a positive mind set

So have just finnished calves and hams @ body fx Gym with steve Cart
Was Hot sweaty and very humid but We killed it with Intensity and aggression.
The body building giant is 11 weeks out from nabba mr england and is on track but flat.
In the heat its hard to get ur food in due to not feeling like u want to eat so feel protein shakes are good source of protein to take very quick and easy

Today is rest day and enjoying the vit d from the sun relaxing for tommorrows big leg day cant wait

The triple p dieting system is in full swing and carb loading days im using boiled rice which works really well for me.
Im still training 2 x a day and hitting all body parts twice a week.
Feel that I will need to take a break and go back to once a week for a few weeks then hit it hard again
