What a gym brand new equipment all life fitness
New equipment I've never seen before was amazing work out.
Trained shoulders and the locals again came asked questions watched wanted pics it was amazing.
I showed them what the 'THE PUMP' was and they loved it and hated. Was very funny seeing the expression on there faces as the pump was coming into there shoulders it was comical. So gonna do legs tomorrow there can't wait
