THE BODYBUILDING GIANT PHYSIO SESSION

Had physio to day to help progress my injury. Went really well physio said it's good job I got strong quads as it helps with the recovery.
She pushed down on my leg which was hung over a bed to stretch and the quad muscle as there's so much scar tissues and it's so so tight. Painful but I know it's all moving in the right direction
My diet has been high in protein and fats lots of red meat.
A staple as always in my diet has been meridian almond butter. The fats help give me the energy but always help support testosterone reproduction which helps in repairing which is ideal for me.
