THE BODYBUILDING GIANT REST DAY FEET

One of the most important factors of training is resting and recovery. Because I am training body parts twice a week I need to make sure I am eating enough and resting enough.
Yesterday was rest day and I tend to just chill eat and watch dvds.  Make sure as bodybuilders we listen to our body and we rest when we need to.
