THE BODYBUILDING GIANT 5 WEEKS OUT
HI GUYS ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I HAVE POSTED ON MY BLOG SO I THOUGHT I WOULD PUT SOME NEW PHOTOS UP.
CURRENTLY I AM 5 WEEKS OUT FROM NABBA MR ENGLAND COMP
IM WEIGHING
19 STONE AND 7 POUNDS.
I HAVE BEEN USING THE WONDERFULLY DESIGNED
THIS DIET AND TRAINING SYSTEM HAS HELPED ME PACK ON GOOD QUALITY MUSCLE AND LOSE FAT WHICH HAS BEEN IDEAL TO ME.
NOW AS THE DIET DRAWS CLOSER CERTAIN PARTS OF THE DIET ARE TAKEN OUT SUCH AS NUTS AND I EAT A LOT MORE VEGETABLES
WHAT DO YOU THINK ???????
MY CARDIO AT THE MOMENT IS 2 HOURS A DAY ON THE STAIR MASTER. THIS MACHINE AND CARDIO IS IDEAL FOR ME AS IT HITS MY GLUTES AND HAMS AND TIGHTENS THOSE AREAS UP.
