THE BODYBUILDING GIANT CONTEST PREP STARTS 16 WEEKS TO GO

HI Guys

Sorry i havent been in touvch and no posts or videos have been posted etc. Ive been very busy and now i am ready to get serious for my comp.

The last week, i have given my body a good rest, i decided this as i was getting small niggles and injUrys and so felt like i needed rest ,recoperate and sleep.

The prep diet wil consist of the TRIPLE P DIETING SYSTEM.

MEAT AND VEG AND ALMOND BUTTER Throughout the day for 6 days and a mini carb up day for me which will be RICE and MEAT.

Im ready to SACRIFICE  for this diet to make sure i come in ripped and hard.

Here is a video to show what i looked like 18 weeks out and i will be doing weekly flex videos on my progress.
