To so the last 3 months has been off season mode trying to put on good quality muscle it's the leanest I've stayed being 315 pounds off season

This week I have had a week up as u know from my videos on my you tube channel and I've eaten everything and anything in site literally. Now its time to get in diet mode
Still using My TRIPLE P SYSTEM DIET I will be dieting for 16 weeks and slowly cutting up and leaning up to look sharp and big.
