So the morning has come think after eat 6 meals of rice tuna .sweat potato.butternut squash and a large pizza I still need to carb up a lot more so will be eatimg rice and tuna again twice to fill out more

THE BODYBUILDING GIANT PREPARES TO CARB UP AND FILL OUT THE GIANT FRAME
Not long now guys just depleting ready to fill out the 6ft 3 20.2 stone frame
Gonna try something very different this time gonna use rice and sweat potatos to carb up with lot of vit c and b6 and a hell of a lot of water to flush the carbs into the muscle.
